We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for regular post.
Orders over $99 ship for free via regular post.
Regular post delivery to most metro locations will occur within 2-7 business days after dispatch.
You can estimate the delivery time to your address by entering your postcode and our warehouse postcode  on the Australia Post Delivery Times Calculator.
Our warehouse is open on business days [weekdays], excluding Victorian public holidays.
We aim to pick, pack & dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details.

If your order has not been shipped then we can usually change it for you.
We do not ship to countries outside of Australia.
