How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for regular post.
Orders over $79 ship for free via regular post.
How long will delivery take?
Regular post delivery to most metro locations will occur within 2-7 business days after dispatch.
You can estimate the delivery time to your address by entering your postcode and our warehouse postcode [3061] on the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Our warehouse is open on business days [weekdays], excluding Victorian public holidays.
We aim to pick, pack & dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details.

If you make a mistake on your delivery details, or clicked on the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible on 03 9357 0522 [M-F, 9am-4pm AEST]. If you are calling outside these hours, please leave us a message.
If your order has not been shipped when we receive your message, then we can usually change it for you. If your order has already been processed then we cannot make any changes.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We do not ship to countries outside of Australia.

Your tracking information is sent directly via email from Australia Post.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order if there is a problem with your items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 03 9357 0522 [M-F, 9am-4pm AEST].
If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually amend it for you.
If your order has been dispatched, you will have to wait for it to arrive and then arrange a return/exchange.
We do not cancel orders, prior to dispatch, if you change your mind.
I live in Melbourne, can I pick up my order?
Our warehouse is not configured for the general public and as such we are unable to offer local pickup.
