CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR SHIPPING

Our warehouse is closed and no orders will be shipped from December 24th 2024 to January 3rd 2025 inclusive.

We will be shipping every few days during the period December 19th-23rd, 2024 and January 4th-13th, 2025. 

Our usual shipping schedule returns from January 13th 2025.

We ship using Australia Post.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse is currently dispatching orders Monday – Thursday excluding public holidays.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 the Australia Post network is experiencing delays and your delivery may take longer than normal to reach you.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne. Regular post delivery to most metro locations will occur within 2-7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. During busy periods (such as promotions, sales and Christmas period) delivery times may be longer.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do not currently offer local pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship to addresses outside of Australia.
