We ship using Australia Post.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days including orders that select Express Shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse is currently dispatching orders Monday – Thursday excluding public holidays.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 the Australia Post network is experiencing delays and your delivery may take longer than normal to reach you.

Our warehouse is located in Melbourne. Regular post delivery to most metro locations will occur within 2-7 business days after dispatch. Express post delivery to most metro locations will occur within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. During busy periods (such as promotions, sales and Christmas period) delivery times may be longer.

LOCAL PICKUP

We do not currently offer local pickup.

We do not currently ship to addresses outside of Australia.
